The Procurement Queen Academy is a membership site that hosts a series courses designed to help you. After registering, you have access to all of the courses in the Academy. Some of these courses are designed and taught by The Procurement Queen and guest speakers.

What is the refund policy?
No Refunds. You can cancel your membership at anytime.
To cancel your Procurement Queen Academy membership:

• Click on your name, located on the top right-hand corner. A drop-down will appear.
• Click My Account.

• In the Subscriptions section, you’ll find your current subscription.

What types of courses are offered?
• Procurement Awareness and divorce classes.
• Guest Speaker Sessions: 1-hour long Q&A with an industry expert. These are interactive lessons.
• **Pre-Recorded Courses: Pre-recorded courses include between 6-8 lessons. These lessons include a brief video, a written component, and one or more downloadable resources to help you apply the lesson takeaways to your life. Comprehensive quiz included.
• **Live Courses: Live courses include 3-5 lessons. These lessons are in video format and contain, one or more downloadable and/or online resources to help you apply takeaways to your life. Comprehensive quiz included.

What does my membership include? Are there any perks or benefits?
The Academy community will provide an intimate place for members to share, ask questions, receive encouragement, and hold each other accountable.
Live Learning
Guest Speaker: The Procurement Queen Academy hosts monthly live courses. During these events, members, have the opportunity to watch, learn, interact and probe.
VIP Access
Live in-person events: Receive VIP access to live events with Denise, The Procurement Queen! Members have the opportunity to (1) register early, (2) enjoy membership discounts.

How much does the Procurment Queen Academy cost?
The Academy costs a monthly fee of $100.00 and a one-time onboarding fee. If you cancel the membership you will have to pay the onboarding fee again.

The Academy is an ongoing healthy lifestyle choice, like the gym. You can maintain your membership for as long as you like. New courses are continuously introduced to the Academy.

Will the courses be available simultaneously or will we have to wait until after one course is over before accessing another?
The Procurement Queen Academy courses will be available simultaneously. You can do one or more courses at the same time.

Are the courses self-paced?
The pre-recorded Academy courses are self-paced. You are able to work through as much or as little course material as you like. We recommend scheduling time in for at least one lesson per week.

Once access has been established, how long are courses available? Will participants be able to go back and access a course again?
You will have unlimited access to all the courses for as long as you maintain your membership.

Will there be a Facebook group for members of the Academy?
No. We have an exclusive community for the members, the community is on your Dashboard.

Is there access to more than just one class at a time or are they spread out over different months?
The courses will be available simultaneously. You can do one or more courses at the same time. Each course has 3-6 lessons and you have unlimited access to all of the lessons for as long as you maintain your membership.

If I end membership, will I still have access to courses released when I was an active member, but not access to new courses?
Once you end your membership, you will no longer have access to the Academy courses. Similar to a gym membership. You’re not paying per class; rather, you’re paying for a membership with the Academy.

Are there any tools, resources needed for the Academy?
There are books that our founder Procurement Queen wrote that are a great addition to keep you organized as you take the courses. Also, each instructor provides you with the tools you’ll need for their course.

How many courses will be made available in the one-month membership?
You will have access to all Academy courses and lessons – over 10 courses. New courses will be added regularly as the suggestions pour in from you. The Academy includes detailed and self-paced 3-week courses on topics designed for you.

Will I pay a monthly fee forever or just until the courses I want are completed?
It’s an automated recurring payment, like a gym membership. You will be charged until you cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?
All members have the option of canceling their subscription at any time.
Membership access will discontinue at the end of the current billing cycle. Members can easily cancel by visiting www.procurementqueenacademy.com or a member can manage their account in the member profile area.

• Input your updated credit information.

Can I share my membership by giving someone else my login?
No, if your membership is shared by multiple people, the system will automatically lock one account out.
